Dr Meenakshi

Chief Mentor , CAPS

Dr. Meenakshi Shivram is an adjunct faculty with the Department of English at Christ University. Her doctoral degree is from SNDT University, Mumbai. She is a corporate trainer and an executive coach. Her training programmes are mostly in the areas of Personal Growth and Communication as a leadership tool. She is Director of Education for an NGO - Senior Citizens Bangalore. She is a student of Vedantic Studies. She is a book reviewer and translator and has won the Sahitya Akademi Award for translation.


One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and to help them navigate a course to their destination.

Mr Daniel John K. J

Mentor - Operations/Research & Events

Mr Daniel John K.J, is a post-graduate in Social Work from CHRIST, working experience with Mitrajyothi, Ammaveedu, Bastar community development project and FSL – India. His key interests include program co-ordination, module making and training. He throws ardent energy in serving disadvantaged adults, emancipated youth and population with special needs.

Mr Mitul Joseph Koickakudy

Mentor - Peer Training (CLASS), Media&PR & Events

Mr Mitul Joseph Koickakudy is a post-graduate in Media and Communication from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. He started his career at CAPS, as the Coordinator of CHRIST Online Writing Lab. He has also worked as an assistant professor at St Pauls Institute of Communication Education for a short stint. He was working as an individual specialist for UNESCO New Delhi before joining back to CAPS as a trainer.

Mr Joseph Wincent

Consultant/Mentor - Online Writing Lab & Tech Tank

Mr. Joseph Wincent is a post graduate in Mass Communication and Journalism. He has the experience of working for the Canadian Embassy and the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, India. His areas of interest include digital content production, documentary filmmaking, advertising and creative designing.


Mr Harishankar Moosath

Advisory Faculty - Psychometric Assessment

Mr Harishankar Moosath is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Psychology at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). His areas of interest include Neuropsychology and Neuroeconomics. He has been mentoring the CAPS Assessment Wing (CAW) since September 2015.

Mr Rinu Varghese

Mr. Rinu Varghese is a post-graduate in social work from CHRIST(Deemed to be University). He has experience in the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee welfare. His areas of interest include Content & Module Development, Capacity Building & Training, and Research. He mentors the Research,Content Generation & Quality Control, Operations, Event Management, and Media & PR teams.

Dr Vijayalaya Srinivas

Advisory Faculty - Operations & Psychometric Assessment

Dr Vijayalaya Srinivas is an Engineer-turned-Psychologist who enjoys conducting student development activities like coaching for competitive exams, peer mentoring and counselling. He has been a part of CAPS since its inception and enjoys reverse mentoring from its volunteers.

Dr Asihwarya N

Advisory Faculty - Peer Training (CLASS)

Dr Aishwarya N is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Studies at CHRIST (Deemed-to-be University). An engineer by profession her areas of interest include competency mapping, knowledge management, emotional intelligence, and data analytics. She has been mentoring the peer training wing (CLASS) since May 2019.

Ms Rincy Daniel

Ms Rincy Daniel has varied educational background with Masters in English Literature and B.Ed in English. She has also pursued Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Application and is a Bachelor in Commerce with certificate for Business English from Cambridge University. She has served in an International School for two years.Currently she is working as mentor for CAPS at Kengeri Campus.

Ms Smitha Keeran

Advisory Faculty

Ms Smitha Keeran is a Counsellor by passion and profession. A University topper in her postgraduate degree, she has strengthened her capabilities with additional Diplomas and Certificates in different spectrums of Counselling. She is a part of CAPS right from its launch at the Kengeri Campus and is open to both giving and receiving knowledge.
