Content Generation & Quality Control

The Content Generation and Quality Control wing is the last stop for all intellectual property that exits CAPS. CG-QC specialists provide two-fold services: curating and generating content as well as ensuring that all content related to CAPS follows certain brand guidelines and brand ethics.

Volunteers create modules in collaboration with the One-on-one peer trainers and Group Peer trainers, adding to a repository of over 30 modules on topics ranging from time management to resume building and even writing journal articles. Considered content specialists, CG-QC volunteers collaborate closely with all wings in drafting professional communication and checking and editing messages and e-mails.

The flagship task undertaken by CG-QC volunteers is the creation of the CAPS newsletter- the CAPSule. The newsletter is created in collaboration with Media and PR, showcasing the achievements of CAPS on a biannual and annual basis.
